Wow! What an amazing Feast! Where does one even begin to talk about it? The spiritual meat was great, especially since we had so many excellent speakers in Texas. Mr. Bryce started us off and Mr. Winnail came in at the end, and we had Mr. Sena, Mr. Smith, Mr. Solomon, and Mr. Reynolds in between. Simply great messages. Perhaps we need to come up with a site to put our Feast notes on for all to see (I would enjoy reading the ones you heard in other sites!).
I was not sure who would be at Texas in Amanda and my age range, and was pleasently surprised by the number of young couples there, even though most had children which meant they had to be in by 9! We did get to hang out with Ben and Summer quite a bit, although it does get a bit old having to remind Ben that the south lost the Civil War (apparently he was singing Dixie instead of Battle Hymn of the Republic one day...:-)) Speaking of which, I should post a picture just for him. There it is!
Alright, simple question: What was the best message you heard at the Feast this year? Or perhaps more to the point: Which message do you think will help you change your life for the better?
Ok, time to go and get working on some studying!
Life is great celebrating and serving our God, is it not?!

We had some good messages in CO. Some of the messages that were most instructive for me personally were:
Mr C Ogwyn gave a sermon on David, and what we can learn from him: humility, love of God's word/law, and the faith/courage that resulted.
Mr G Gilchrist gave a sermon on fearing God, and what that truly means. Something that can always be better understood. Mr Gilchrist also gave a good bible study, which covered a variety of topics (it was Q&A).

I'm with you on this one, Mark. The North won and those from the South are sore losers.

The best messages at Paducah I thought were given by Dr. Winnail followed by Mr. Ames.

Dr. Winnail gave one about health and the Bible that I wished would have gone on a lot longer. It was neat hearing about it from someone with a doctorate involving health.

Mr. Ames gave the next best sermons for me. I really liked his 12 kingly qualities sermon. That is the one that I found most personally instructive.
