Hey everyone,
So this weekend the movie 300 comes out, and I really want to see it as I have always enjoyed the story of the Spartan defense of Thermopolyae (sp?) and the Persian War in general. Of course, I know how the story ends... if it sticks to history that is. I have debated whether it is good to see a movie with lots of blood and guts (and maybe sex), but then I remembered I could always stay home and read the book of Judges which also has lots of blood, guts, armies of 300, and sex. So I will probably give it a try: I can always walk out if it is trash.
Amanda and I are hosting Mr. Stafford this weekend, so I better be going! In fact, he's here!
